....or at least that's how the old saying goes.

Hey everyone! Welcome to the start of what I hope will become a regular, on-going conversation with you all! What do I hope to accomplish here? Well, for as many places as I'm at around the web, it can still often feel like I'm shouting into the void. Or I'm only posting my art and writings, but never really talking about the behind-the-scenes process of how all my ideas come together....or just my personal life in general. So I'm hoping this little blog will change that. I've been so introverted all my life, with my books doing most of the talking for me. But now, I want to try and put myself out there more.

If you guys want more super, in-depth, mostly-serious discussions about my up-coming books and future projects, you'll have to subscribe to my newsletter for that! But if you wanna' hear my general ramblings about my day-to-day goings on, fandom stuff, or just basic "hey! I just posted a new video over on YouTube" kinda' things, then feel free to take a peek at this blog. I'll do my best to update this thing at least once a week. And PLEASE---do NOT be shy in leaving comments! I wanna' make as many friends and contacts as I can!

Finally, I thank you all in advance for your patience as I get this website up and running. This is all an entirely new frontier for me. The world of book marketing and publishing is one with many paths, and I'm constantly wondering if I'm walking down the right road or need to try a new direction. If any of you have suggestions for what new places on the map I should try, feel free to point them out. And maybe we can chat about the latest movies and shows along the way. And if there's anything on this site that is glitching up on you or you think needs improvement, PLEASE tell me so I can fix it and give you all the best, most fun and relaxing corner of the web.
